RECIPE PREPARATION OF ENGLISH: GUACAMOLE’S TACOS

Good afternoon dear viewers. Today we meet one-another find once again in our TV show “The kitchen Route", which looks for the places where chefs cook the most delicious Plates of Colombia. As everybody knows my destiny is to travel around the country finding the best food recipes. This afternoon in the restaurant "Da-House" at Down-Town Medellín we will observe how some chefs prepare guacamole, or as they call it: "Guacamole’s Tacos".
Please welcome Daniela Villa, and Carolina Patiño, two of the best chefs from this place.

Good afternoon, the ingredients we need to cook guacamole are:

·         3 ripe avocados
·         1 bunch of cilantro
·         1 onion
·         2 lemons with we are going to do lemon juice
·         2 tomatoes
·         1 clove of garlic

This amount of ingredients is for four portions.

Preparation:

First peel the avocados and remove the seed. Then put the pulp on a flat surface and smash it with a fork until you have a slightly fluid texture. Then add lemon juice to the tomato while cutting in small pieces the onion, garlic, and cilantro. Because if you don’t add the lemon juice to the tomato, it is going to change its color. It could change from red to black. When you have everything ready, blend it with chopped avocado. After you add the salt to taste, and add a little garlic. Finally it is ready to eat.

You can serve it with tacos, crackers, patacones and arepas.
